1. How long does it take to ship?

Answer:  At this time we are only shipping to USA locations.  It has been our experience that most things arrive within 4 days, unless weather is an issue in your area at the time.

2. Where do you get your wood that you use in your products?

Answer:  We try very hard to recycle, reclaim and repurpose, we source our wood for our quote boards and ornaments ourselves.  We source the wood from local farmers, tree service companies, fallen branches, and dismantled barns. This where we found our Branch Managers . . . 

3.  What type of wood do you use in your products?

Answer:  Most of our wood is birch, but we also use aspen, cherry, and manzanita. If you would like an engraving on other types of wood we will do our best to source it. It makes it difficult to see the designs on darker wood, so we try to choose wood that will bring out the best in the engraving..
